Although we think everyone can benefit from our services, we have a very specific niche that we fill in the health and fitness community and to be honest, we like to do things a certain way….because it works! 

So before you get started you need to ask yourself a few questions: 
Are you serious about getting in shape? 
Are you willing to put in the time and effort to see the results? 
Are you willing to spend the money to get the job done? 
And most importantly….are you willing to follow our instructions?   
Before you call us to set up your initial session, you really need to think about these things.  If you said no to any of these questions, then maybe you should reconsider getting in touch with us.  However, if you said yes to all of them, then give us a call and get ready to change your life!

Setting Up Your Program!

After your initial evaluation is completed, your trainer will outline their best recommendations for your training program.  They will go over how long they think it will take you to reach your goals.  How many times per week you should train at the studio.  Lifestyle modifications that you will need to make to reach your goals and finally how much your program will cost.  Now the good thing about our studio is that we have several different options that help make our programs affordable and if you are serious about reaching your goals, then I am sure we can find the right program at the right price point for you!
