How to Become a Stronger Happier You

No two people are exactly the same -not even identical twins!  We all have our unique needs and goals and it takes unique training to get the results we want.  At Basic Health Fitness, we set ourselves apart from out competition through our personalization of our training programs for our clients.  We take the time to assess our client’s current fitness level at the start of their training so we can truly develop a customized  program for that individual!   Our initial fitness assessment is free and it is quite honestly our most valuable session.  During your fitness assessment, we will thoroughly screen you to make sure that you are able to participate in personal training that we provide and make sure that you are not at a high risk or injury if you participate.  Then we will take all the data that we gather – your biometrics as we call it – and then we will build out a program based on your unique needs and time constraints.  Some of our clients train with us 4 days per week.  Some of them train with us once a week.  Whatever your situation, we can almost certainly devise a program to help you reach your goals!
