There’s a point in a person’s weight loss journey when they just wake up and get it. The light bulb goes off and there is no stopping them. I finally had the determination of knowing I wanted to lose weight, but I struggled with how to be successful.
My weight loss journey began on July 29th, 2013. After years of dealing with a stressful desk job and many late night college study sessions, I had reached my max weight. I knew working out with a personal trainer would prove to be difficult, but at this point in my life it was the only way for me to keep myself accountable.
Being paired up with Jennifer was one of the greatest gifts anyone could have ever given me. She took the time to get to know me and personalized my workouts based on my goals. To date, I have lost 48 pounds, 30 inches and 13% body fat and I could not be any happier with the results.
