I can’t thank you enough for what you have done in helping me. I’m a 59 year old male. Just like all older men I’m overweight, the gut is getting bigger and I have no motivation to exercise. I would rather sit on the couch all day than move, until I met Jen. The best thing I ever did was signup for sessions at Basic Health Fitness, LLC and have her as my trainer. After 3 months the gut is gone! I’m eating healthier, my clothes fit better and no more of the unbuttoned paints or loose fitting shirts. I’m excited to come to our workouts and see what Jen has in store for me next. She keeps me motivated and always challenges me push myself. So if you are reading this and you think exercise is as waste of time, look in the mirror as I did and ask do I want to spend time at the doctor’s office or with Jen.
